Business. A volatile economy will mean that businesses won’t want to spend as much on their own hardware and will prefer something they can update or change easily if the economy changes.
Individuals. Those “digital natives” among us are going to demand easy access to technology. These people have grown up with tech on demand, and “they will only be productive and creative if the technologies they need” are there when they need them, the report says.”
